Is Beacon Academy of Nevada the same as home schooling?

Students enrolled in Beacon Academy of Nevada do their learning at home and are participating in a charter school of the Nevada Public Charter School District. The curriculum is approved by the school district for earning high school credits that can lead to a high school diploma through Beacon Academy of Nevada and the Nevada Public Charter School District.
